The Sims Medieval
The Sims Medieval consists of 2 items:
- The base game
- Pirates & Nobles
Even when you have the base game of medieval already installed, I strongly advise to download the “all-in-one”
Adding Pirates & Nobles to a pirated game is extremely complicated with patches, updates and on top of that yet another patch and difficulties with the crack.
When we also compare the download sizes:
- Base game 5.12 GB
- Pirates & Nobles 1.7 GB
- All-in 4.24 GB
It’s obvious to choose the all-in as this version needs no cracks, updates etc.

When I open the game from the desktop shortcut, nothing happens. Just the hourglass next to the cursor for a few seconds, then nothing. According to Task Manager it’s not even running in the background somewhere. I’ve tried compatibility mode for previous Windows versions in case it was a Windows 11 problem, but still nothing.
HI I am curious to know is this working for windows 10 pro? does it not give the service initialization errror?
I have Windows 10 and it works perfectly.
It looks like your anti-virus has put the crack rld.dll and TSM.exe in quarantine,
Make sure your installation folder is under the exceptions of your anti-virus
Exactly what do you add to the exclusions because i added what i thought was the installation folder but it still wont open
My game won’t start, anyone has any idea why?

When you are still in tutorial mode you cannot save your game.
You don’t want to go through the whole tutorial ?
As the tutorial in the game is quite lengthy and you can’t save the game when it’s not finished
Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval
Open the file Options.ini with f.e. notepad
Change the line enableintrotutorial from 1 to 0
