  1. i can’t play with dlc or access the dlc. i’ve download all dlc, my game is from EA. i dont know what to do, please help.

  2. I can’t access the downloaded packs. It’s already owned but can’t access it. It says it needs to be installed. please advise.

      1. im also having this problem and nothing has fixed it yet, nobody seems to be responding telling how to fix it even though ive seen so many people with the same problems

    1. you should be able to, there is something on another page that if you go offline with origin first, on your sims main page, click gallery, press go online and it should work. if it removes the dlc then you will need to play online.
