The Sims 4 legal base game for free,
As per the 18th of October, you can download the base game of the Sims 4 for free via Origin or the EA app.
When you don’t have an account, make one, log in and the legal base game will download. (see this page)
From that moment on you no longer have to update manually, EA will automatically update your game to the latest version.
Only when new DLC’s are released, you must download these as described on this page.

hiiii. i’ve done the update 1.110.265.1030 and installed the dlc SP54: Artist Studio Kit + SP55: Storybook Nursery Kit but, the new kits doesn’t appear in my game. it’s like they doesn’t exist
ps: i’ve updated the game via “anadius updater” to the latest version, but my version of the game is still 1.108.289.1030
I updated my game to arts and nursery kit. Now in my bin folder I have TS4 x DX9 x 64, TS4 Launcher x 64 and TS4 x 64. Which is the right folder to open game in DX11? Am I missing something?
Correct file is TS4_x64

ciao, ho un problema con il gioco in generale, ho provato a fare l’update del gioco ma l’app di ea non mi identificava il gioco per l’aggiornamento quindi l’ho disistallato e reistallato disattivando momentaneamente tutti i dlc, ora pero l’updater mi comunica che il gioco che ho e comunque da aggiornare o riparare cosa posso fare?
Hi, since last update my sims was just standing when I tell them to do anything and what fixed this problem for me is deleting SP13 laundry day, if just this step doesn’t fix your game try to also redownload all dlcs you want from anadius.

Nothing changed. It still is a torrent-download for an iso file. No permission required.
updated game and also re-ran unlocker but it still says download to use (lovestruck pack)

Hi, i have the same. So you are not the only one. I don’t have a solution tho, i think she just need to update the mod with the new sims 4 update.

Hi, the updater cannot download EP 14 Horse Ranch, but for all it works. it is always stuck at “getting download link” then critical error pop up. I has followed updater readme but nothing works. i manually downloaded EP 14 iso from your link but i dont know how to add it to my game, please help, thanks

Hi, I have cracked game & all DLC’s never had issues. Updated with the updater and now when i load my game the screen is flickering and its as if I have no save files evemthough they are stored on my PC. Any help? Thanks

Has anyone else had their windows powershell crash when trying to run the DLC unlocker? I have tried everything to fix it and it keeps happening so I am unable to play the game.

I installed sp47 and s48. but it does not appear in the game. It still appears as unowned. how can i solve it? I’m using mac.
I installed For Rent but in the other worlds the game won’t let me build houses for rent.
Do you set the lot type as residential rental? Silly question i know, but i had it happen to me.
If you can build in the new world but not in other worlds it means the game is fine and it is probably a mod thing.
in other worlds that type of lot does not exist
I read in EA answers that lots of people had the same problem from outdated mods.
Have you tried moving the mods folder to your desktop for example, clear localthumbnailcache.package file and test the game?
If you don’t use any mods i’m sorry but i can’t help you any further.
As a last resort i’d install the pack again.
I still can’t seem to get For Rent EP 15 to show up in the unlocker. I just got the newest one working just not EP 15.
I don’t know which one you’ve downloaded. I have the base game and just install the dlcs. It works fine.
Do you have the latest version of the unlocker installed?

Try uninstalling the unlocker and install it again and then run it. Usually after an update it happens to show you don’t have some content. But not only with a game update. If the EA Desktop itself updates then you need to run the unlocker.
If that doesn’t work redownload For Rent maybe.
